Aus DeutschlandSo macht es einen guten Eindruck, aber das in dem ich war ist mit einem angeschmorrten fernseher ausgestattet im Bad roch es sehr unangenehm, und die Sauberkeit kann man erst recht vergessen und So was soll 4 Sterne haben😡

I am sorry to hear that your stay at Imperial Plovdiv did not match your expectations and I am concerned about the issues you have reported. Regarding the TV i could let you know that we have changed already just after your check out and we are sorry that you had to use it in this conditions. Above the items that you have raised, I am most concerned about the cleanliness as we pay close atention on the level of cleanliness that we do provide. With renewed apologies, I sincerely hope to have the chance to be your host again to offer you a personal welcome if you hopefully decide to come back to our property.
