Zimmer heruntergekommen und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bei vegetarische n Speisen wurde Fleisch ‘‘untergemischt“. Service war nicht gut.

Dear Lisa, thank you for sharing your experience with us. I'm sorry you did not enjoy our culinary service and our rooms. We have changed many things in the past 2 years and I'm sure you would appreciate the many changes and improvings. We really take care of our guests and we listen to feedbacks like yours, in order to offer a better experience in the future.
