The satisfaction of our customers is a constant and very high consideration and as you know, we do answer all comments. Firstly, I thank you for the very kind words about the exotic gardens that surround this beautiful house, the restaurant which has offered dishes you have enjoyed and the compliments on our teams who have taken great pleasure to look after you and are thanking you for your appreciation. I'm sincerely sorry however that you didn't find your accommodation to your liking. As you kindly mention it, we had a full house and it was impossible to offer you an alternative to this room which, even on the ground floor, is perfectly safe and sound. I can certainly appreciate the displeasure this may cause and I do apologize for the inconvenience, not dependent on our willingness. Could I invite you to offer us a second chance, I will personally make sure that your next visit will be happy and beyond reproach!
