Das Hotel wird familiär geführt und als Gast fühlt man sich schon bei der Ankunft (nur per Boot erreichbar) sehr willkommen. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, auch wenn nicht immer alles zu 100% funktioniert. Der Charme gleicht dies jedenfalls aus.
