Achtung! Das Hotel hat uns für zwei Zimmer 220 $ als Depot auf die Visa Card belastet für eine Nacht und nicht zurück erstattet, sondern zu meinen Lasten einfach abgebucht. Der Direktor schrieb - nach vielen Interventionen unsererseits am 28.4.: "I apologize for the mix up with the billing. I will be sure to have everything sent over to my accounting team for them to assist with refund. Please allow a few business days before you receive the refund back to your card." Das war's. Vom Hotel kam keine Rückerstattung! Helen W.

Wie gesagt, die Reception hat unser Depot einkassiert! Die Barzahlung der Garage und eine Flasche Wasser, wofür wir Belege haben, wurden von meinem Konto gleichfalls abgebucht.

Warning to all: Since the 8th April I am trying to get my Deposit and additionally wrong and for no reason charged fees back, in total 226.06 $ - and I still do not have it 16 days later. This behaviour is unacceptable and we will take now further steps, as all our phonecalls or mails did not show any effect. We informed today Visa Card about the unlawful charging of our Visa Card and theft will be reported to the local police/prosecution. If you want to spoil your USA holidays, check in at Marriott!
