Eine schöne Anlage, allerdings nicht für Familien gedacht. Kinder dürfen nicht im Pool spielen und toben, ständig kommen Verbote wie "look at the pool rules", "this is not allowed" etc., Chef und Mitarbeiter halten ausgiebig Mittagspause und können folglich nicht schlafen, da die Anlage eine Atrium ist und alles schallt. Es gibt keine Matratzenschoner und die Tagesdecken werden mach einem Gastwechsel nicht gewechselt, das ist einfach eckelhaft! Eine Familie mußte die Matratze bezahlen, da von ihrem Kleinkind die Kabaflasche ausgelaufen war und Flecken darauf waren, man wollte die Gäste nicht ausfliegen lassen, wenn nicht bezahlt wird, so sehr wurden sie unter Druck gesetzt! Ja so ist der "freundliche" C., der selbst auch Vater ist.
In Ordnung, aber die Tagesdeken werden nicht gewechselt.
Das Frühstück ist so einfallslos, es gibt für Kinder nicht einmal ein Kaba. Nur weil der Griche nicht frühstückt, sollte das nicht von den internationalen Gästen ebenso erwartet werden.
Die Familien incl. Hotelchef ist sehr unfreundlich.
Schöne Lage, Busanbindung direkt vorm Haus.

Thank you for your letter , I will like to answer to you , I have 2 children also one is 6 and one 3 and they loved to play polo ,in my pools when customers are sleeping , but my wife respect the guest that arrived to relax in Mathios village . I agree with you children , they have to play , yes all day a agree ,but parents they have to understand also it is not private pools ,any hotel has rules , we are not water park or polo stadium , so many time we please you to be more slow , but your didn’t hear us at all , respect every one , we have more guest using the pools and the facilities and we need to protected them , our sun beds are clean and wash them all the time ,in santorini you can find anything ,also villas with private pool and there you can play all the games , something very important we also upgrade you to superior room and I was waiting a thank you any ways we thank you
