Thank you very much for your mail i don’t speak so well German my English are better I have seen your mail ,and really I don’t understand you , first of all our Hotel work with the new system of safe electricity we think green in mathios , e use metallic card when guest enter the room ( there is info at the room ) You arrive very late in the night , i have the SMS that i send to the guide of all tours to inform about your room ,were is and how to use it , the key it was at your room and all worked fine , you didn’t think to add the metallic card in to the slot for electricity that’s all we spoke so many times next morning You ask us to see another room We show you next morning 2 more rooms and you told me that you love your room and the size of the bathroom is more than extra large , new modern bathrooms we also have cabins ideal standard in our bathrooms and not shower /curtains like you wish to have We show you a suite with bath tub with small fee but you didn’t want to pay We do our best to help every one it happens few customers they have special standards , but still we try really hard believe me for that reason we have repeat guest new suite www.hotelmathios.gr
