Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön, sehr sauber. Das Essen ist fantastisch. Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Zimmer katastrophal:Hotelbesucher kamen uns weinend entgegen, da ihr Zimmer genauso dreckig war wie unser (keine Einzelfälle) , Duschen werden nicht heiß, Handtücher stinken, kein Komfort im Zimmer (Kaputter Föhn lieblos an die wand gehängt), Matratzen schimmelig, Schimmel Geruch im ganzen Zimmer, Schlechtes WLAN im ganzen Hotel ( auch nicht richtig in der Lobby), zum Wasser kaufen muss man bis an die Poolbar laufen, kein Wasser in der Lobby , Zimmer nicht sauber. Pool sehr sauber.

    Dear Meike, Thank you for finding time to post a review of your holiday at Papillon. We always strive for high customer satisfaction which can only be achieved with the help of your input and the feedback from all our guests. We are happy to note that you found the hotel area to be beautiful, very clean, food fantastic and staff very friendly. We maintain a log book at the reception to record any requests/incidents/complaints to ensure that issues raised are dealt with immediately to clients’ satisfaction. Our friendly and obliging staff would have been happy to assist you with the problems you had with your room could you have reported at the reception or to your tour rep. Whilst the vast majority of our guests are happy with our daily room cleaning service which done in a manner consistent with good housekeeping practices, we always welcome customer feedback and will look into what improvements we can make on room cleaning and maintenance. Free Wi-Fi has experienced a high traffic and we are working with our internet service provider to improve on it. Bottled water is available at the bars and hotel shop located at the reception lobby. We are delighted that the vast majority of our customers appreciate Papillon offers good value for money and remain the source of happy memories as can be seen in holiday reviews.
