Das Hotel hat im Vergleich zu meinem letzten Besuch im letzten jahr in vielen Bereichen nachgelassen, zb. Personal teilweise launisch, der Strand wurde nicht vom Kot der Kamele und Pferde gesäubert(es schwomm alles im Wasser). Bettlaken wurden nicht nach einer Woche gewechselt,im Bad wurde nur dieBadewanne mit dem Lappen ausgewischt und man fand Seifenreste..Man hatte insgesamt den Eindruck, dass sich das Hotelpersonal nicht mehr viel Mühe gibt und Vieles zu viel wird.Auch war das Essen ncht mehr so abwechslungsreich.Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf an vielen Stellen einer Sanierung.

I am very sorry to learn about the trouble you had with your room maid work. However the maid in question is one of our long-term and very trustworthy employees, so that I can only presume another explanation for this unfortunate issue. As a family focused hotel, I very much regret that you felt uncomfortable with the staff and you didn't appreciate the beach status and food quality.
