Das Zimmer in der 1. Etage war sehr dunkel und laut. Bereits morgens um 7.00 Uhr wurden sehr laute Bauarbeiten im gegenüber liegenden Haus vorgenommen. Auch sonst war es sehr laut, da die Straße dazwischen sehr befahren war. Zum Frühstück gab es fast immer das selbe. Gerade die Auswahl an Brot war beschränkt auf eine Sorte und die gab es die kompletten zwei Wochen. Auch der Kaffee aus der Maschine war für ein 4 Sterne Hotel aus unserer Sicht nicht angemessen. Das Personal war grundsätzlich nett, aber nicht besonders aufmerksam.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review and for staying with us. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by the work in the building opposite; you will understand that it is not the hotel's fault, we always make sure that the times required by law are respected. For breakfast I would like to say just a few words ... the products are all made by us and we have chosen to give fresh and typical Sicilian bread rather than frozen products that would not represent our country very well. Espresso coffee is available on request and completely free, it is indicated in the room and also by our staff; I am sorry you have no way to ask for it.
