Unser Zimmer war seitlich zur Grünfläche gelegen. Dort fanden sich im Laufe des Tagen immer mehr Drogenkonsumenten ein und tätigten dort ihr Drogengeschäft. Sie dealten und konsumierten dort insbesondere im Schutze der dortigen Zauns/Mauer. Auch wurde von uns beobachtet, wie ein Drogenabhängiger dort im Laufen urinierte. Dies alles fand allerdings außerhalb des Hotelgeländes statt und ist mehr ein soziales Problem.

Dear Guest, Firstly, we regret the incidents that occurred during your stay. The Hotel has reported to the local Authorities, City Hall and to the Tourism Office this social problem and we are working together to solve this situation as soon as possible. From our side we have our own security trying to avoid misbehaviours from the locals, even calling the police to take care of the most difficult situations, however we have no way of controlling the local’s behaviours.
