Hatten diese Hotel im Rahmen einer DERTour Rundreise für 3 Übernachtungen zugewiesen bekommen. Leider waren von den 4* wenig zu spüren. Bei Ankunft waren im Zimmer sowohl Handtücher als auch die Bettwäsche nicht sauber. Der "Dining-Room" liegt im 2. Untergeschoß und ist fensterlos.

We are sorry you found the hotel unpleasant, the dining room is being restructured to open up the space, as you mentioned correctly. The cleanliness issue is some thing that we are taking very seriously. We pride ourselves on the housekeeping department at our hotel, who do their very best and have few complaints.
