Das Studio entpuppte sich als Garage, Toilette offen neben kleiner Kitchinette, die Dusche in Glas eingerahmt, alles in einem Raum/Garage. Es liegt direkt neben einer befahrenen Straße.

Dear Customer, You booked your stay via a travel agency. The description of the small studio we provide to all our travel partners and customers (when they contact us directly) is the following: Please note that the studio is only 15 m2. It used to be a garage that we converted. Everything is pretty much new and of good quality inside, the sound insulation is correct, but it remains an accommodation with basic facilities and with no real view of the bay (very small window.) His occupants generally choose to spend the clearest of the day on our common terrace. Its strong point is its price (especially for long stays). It seems that the travel agency you dealt with did transmit this information to you, which is something beyond our control. Upon your arrival we tried our very best to arrange this awkward situation, but the hotel being fully booked, we could not offer you to stay in another of our accommodation. You subsequently ask the agency for a refund, that they transmitted to us and that we rejected as we strongly feel that they are responsible for this unfortunate situation. At the very least they should offer to share the cost. We would suggest that you direct your grief towards the agency you dealt with.
