Leider gibt es nur eine Person an der Rezeption die ein bisschen deutsch spricht. Ist die nicht anwesend, sieht es mit der Verständigung schlecht aus.
TV ohne deutsches Fernsehprogramm, Dusche mit alter Ziehharmonika Abtrennung die hängen bleibt Zimmer 415, veraltet, Zimmer 414 hat dagegen eine neue Glasabtrennung. Im Reiseprospekt stand ,dass eine Minibar im Zimmer sei. Fehlanzeige ! (Bilder) Geschlafen haben wir sehr schlecht, weil in dem gegenüber liegenden Appartmenthaus auf den Balkonen ständig bis morgens 1 Uhr lautstark gefeiert wurde. Morgens ab 6 Uhr kamen dann mehrere LKWs die den Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss belieferte ! (Bilder) Der große Müllsammelplatz ca. 20 Meter entfernt wurde ständig mit Glasflaschen von den Privathaushalten auch nach 23 Uhr beliefert.
* Das abendliche Menü war z.T. sehr gut.* Im Speisesaal war es sehr laut, weil die Durchreisenden die nur 2 Tage hier waren immer sehr lautstark ihr Erlebnisse besprachen. "Lautstarke Bahnhofsatmosphäre " !
Das Personal war immer nett und versuchte das Beste daraus zu machen .
Vom Hotel RINA in die Altstadt Alghero sollte es 1 Kilometer sein, - eher 2,5 KM.

Die Poolanlage ist mit Liegestühlen ausgestattet aber ohne Auflagen die für ein 4 Sterne Hotel undenkbar sein sollte. Man liegt so zu sagen auf purem Plastik .

Dear Guest, it is appreciated you spent time writing a review regarding your stay at Rina Hotel, our property in Alghero. Guests’ opinions are very important to improve quality and efficiency of our services. We’re sorry you weren’t totally satisfied with your stay, nevertheless we are able to reply to your concerns. Our staff is perfectly capable of speaking many languages. Some of them can speak German. Anyway, everyone is able to skillfully communicate in English. Our dining hall fits the amount of guests in the hotel and is very well-organized (many feedbacks during last months were praising the organization itself). After you review we checked the shower in your room and it is actually perfectly functioning and closes without any issue. It is unclear, then, why you decided to write so. It is well-advised that the Rina Hotel is located in the city, so among many buildings and apartments. It is not unlikely, then, that there may be noises coming from the other buildings. Anyway, the hotel is very well soundproofed. We’re glad, anyway, you appreciated the kindness of our staff and the tasteful food we serve.
