Firstly, we are sorry to read about our area impression to you. Karlovassi is a spacious town, stretching over a wide area offering numerous hiking possibilities, plus lush green hills embracing it, which our guests and visitors find wonderful, marvelous to walk, explore. We firmly believe that the information provided to our prospective visitors about the hotel facilities and the Karlovassi area is quite implicit. Our mission is to provide excellent guest experiences, in a hotel who in its entirity is being cosy, well kept, clean and well maintained. An island so large as Samos needs a car to explore it and enjoy its numerous beaches, sites, monasteries, traditional and pioneering wineries, mountain villages, antiquity treasures and gems, if one wishes to. Coming to our breakfast assortment, we wonder, was there not various enough, fulfilling? A buffet presenting minimum ten warm food items, various cold cheeses and processed meat dishes, creams, fruits, vegetables, milk products, dried fruits and seeds, plus much more, is hardly characterized as bad. We are glad you found our rooms pleasant, our maids courteous, and we'll certainly share your compliments with them and our reception colleagues. Swimming in the pool is allowed after breakfast for safety reasons, for the safety of our guests and in accordance with the state laws.
