Das Hotel hat für mich keine 4 Sterne. Maximal 3 Sterne. Das Essen war geschmacklich in Ordnung, allerdings immer nur lauwarm und hat sich jede Woche wiederholt. Jetzt der schlimmste Kritikpunkt. Ich habe schon viele Griechenland Urlaube gemacht. Mehrfach Kreta, Rhodos, Korfu und Kos. Überall All inklusive. Das All inklusive Angebot im Samaina Inn war sehr sehr schlecht. Getränke gab es nur an der Pool Bar. Im Innenbereich gab es auch eine Bar. Aber nicht All inklusive. Das heißt,wenn es draußen zu kühl war und man sich innen hingesetzt hat, musste man man für jedes Getränk zur Pool Bar laufen. So etwas habe ich noch nirgendwo erlebt. Die Getränke an der All inklusive Bar waren grottenschlecht und die Cocktails ungenießbar. Sehr verbesserungswürdig.

Firstly, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the lukewarm water availability, which was noticed for very very few days. We are disappointed to read that the all-inclusive package did not meet your expectations. Your feedback regarding the quality of the drinks is duly noted, and we shall consider our options to provide a more satisfying variety for our guests. I would like to state here that the drinks are not only available at the pool bar, since our restaurant has its complete drinks section, accessible at all meals times, that is for over seven hours daily. As about the food temperature, our kitchen and restaurant team surely follow the full procedure in keeping the food warm until its consumption, boiling water underneath, renewed with hot oven pans immediately.
