Dear Michael, We appreciate your selecting our Samos island, Karlovassi area and Samaina Inn Hotel to spend your vacation days! Our guests’ feedback is always welcome in order to assess the experience they gained here with us and memories that they take home and cherish. It is sad to read that some of our colleagues seemed not so smiling, indifferent to you, so we are somehow puzzled from your gained impressions. Given our so vastly great comments for our colleagues, we do hope these were actually few. Your evaluation for our food taste is nice, about the assortment, we shall truly take your comment into consideration. Our rooms’ standard being distant from your expectations is one of various beliefs, since it naturally has to do with subjective criteria, personal taste or style preferences. Our hotel is not at its prime youth, but is unanimously commented as well kept, rooms furniture was renovated a few years ago, with a serious plan for more changes in the future. It is pleasant that our hotel beach located just in front was something you enjoyed, having a safe depth for all our visitors to swim, as well as the abundance of hotel’s activities areas and terrain available.
