wenn das etwas öde Frühstück (Null Abwechselung, abenteuerlicher Bacon, so eine Art Formfleisch, Billigkäse und vor allem der Kaffe-Automat immer funktionieren würde, dabei auch wirklich Kaffee und nicht "Black Water" rauskäme, könnte man sagen ein recht gutes Hotel
Zimmer recht angenehm (Landseite ohne Strassenlärm) W-Lan im Zimmer schlecht da viel zu wenige AP´s im verschachtelten Hotelgebäude. Zimmerreinigung hingegen perfekt !
Abendessen erstklassig ! würde das Frühstück auf´s selbe Niveau gebracht, wären alle sechs Sterne zu vergeben.

We are all grateful for your compliments and be sure that I will pass on your kind words to all our staff and especially the housekeeping for their scrupulous work. Indeed Karlovassi is an authentic Greek town and is thriving and growing steadily. Many times guests who leave the town and drive toward the port along the coastal road are surprised to see all the abandoned buildings that once belonged to the Tannery Industry. Thankfully, these historical stone buildings have been included in a large project and will soon be renovated and used by the University of the Aegean. I would like to refer to your comments regarding our breakfast. The breakfast menu including over 100 items has been carefully planned considering many factors such as traditional items, healthy diets, gluten-free diets, and the expected eggs, ham and bacon of course. With such a large variety of items, it would be difficult to change them daily. Normally a hotel will serve half of these items and use the other half as changes to the daily menu. However, we offer all of them every day. This year we have updated and renovated our restaurant. One of the additions was the new coffee machines by Jacobs Douwe Egberts. However, we also have the coffee machine by Nestle, and traditional Greek sand baked coffee so that we can cater to all the various tastes of our guests.
