Dear Julia, Thank you for choosing our hotel and we are pleased that you appreciated our friendly staff, breakfast and central location in one of the most exclusive streets for luxury shopping in Venice, only 150 mt from the La Fenice Opera House and 250 mt from Piazza San Marco. We are sorry to learn about the inconvenience caused by the presence of silverfish in your room. We would like to clarify that these small insects are not caused by dirtiness but tend to appear in humid environments and can occasionally be found even in well-maintained hotels. If you had informed us we could have taken action and solved it immediately. Nonetheless, cleanliness and guest comfort are our top priorities. We have already informed our housekeeping and maintenance teams to promptly address this issue and ensure a consistently impeccable environment.
