Viel zu teuer für das was dieses Hotel bietet. Erholungsbefürftige Europäer sind hier fehl am Platz. Zumal sie auch nicht ernst genommen werden. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht (auch bei 3maliger Reklamation nicht in den Griff bekommen). Fußboden im Zimmer ist immer dreckig, selbst wenn gerade erst geputzt wurde. Polster der Stühle und Liegen vergammelt. Freizeitagebote wie Billiard, Tischtennis, Beachrestaurant sowie Teilabschnitte vom Strand nicht nutzbar, da überdimensionale Prunk-Hochzeiten mit über 450 Gästen, stattfinden. Das so etwas in einem Land voller Armut und Hunger stattfinden darf, ist mehr als respektlos, es ist abartig und asozial. Alleine schon aus diesem Grund sollte dieses Hotel boykottiert werden.

As we all know we experienced hard times during the Covid -19 Pandemic period, we had to survive in one way or the other thus leaving us with wedding bookings which left us occupied for the better part of the unpredictable period. With the current situation ,we have stratagized on new ways which are being implemented to accommodate all our guests in terms of music control late in the night and access to all entitlement for all our guests,but also bear in mind them weddings are butter and bread for more than 300 staff with their families. On behalf of the entire Southern Palms fraternity,kindly accept our sincere apologies and we hope you will not boycott the Resort,but you will give us another chance to host you for a more relaxed holiday.
