Dear Virginie, Thank you for finding time to write to us a review on your holiday at Southern Palms Beach Resort, We are humbled to know that you enjoyed holidaying with us despite of the few hiccups concerning sports and also the rooms,During the festive period we always have activities running from 0800am to2400hrs and that is the reason they could not indulge with other activities we are sorry if you felt left out. The rooms are all renovated and all the amenities in the rooms are all new.i guess the booking was for the standard room but eventually you were upgraded to a superior room.
