Ein Event jagt das andere. Horror für die die Urlaub wollen. Die Hochzeitsgäste nehmen absolut keine Rücksicht, sind laut - knallen Türen und frech. Dem Management ist es scheinbar egal, weil dies wohl die "Könige sind. Die normalen Urlauber sind ihnen offensichtlich egal. Mobiliar der Terrasse sind eine Katastrophe, dreckig und kaputt. Der Ausblick vom Deluxe ist nur kurz im Stehen benutzbar. Terrasse wird auch nicht Sauber gemacht-überall Affenkot. Uns ist bewusst, dass wir in Afrika sind und haben mit Abstrichen in Sauberkeit/Hygiene erwartet, aber das hat nichts mehr mit Reinigung zutun. Der Eimer Wasser, der zum Putzen, wird wohl für das ganze Hotel benutzt, denn der Boden ist trotz Wischen total dreckig. Nie mehr dieses Hotel

As we all know we experienced hard times during the Covid 19 Pandemic period, we had to survive in one way or the other thus leaving us with wedding bookings which left us occupied for the better part of the unpredictable period With the current situation ,we have stratagized on new ways which are being implemented to accommodate all our guests in terms of music control late in the night and access to all entitlement for all our guests,our motto is to treat all guests equally,with out most love and care. We have also addressed the concerns raised in regards to the cleanliness,and we have rectified them.
