Dear Jenny, Kind greetings from Southern Palms Beach Resort. We appreciate and thank you you for taking your precious time to share this review with us. As we all know we experienced hard times during the Covid -19 Pandemic period, we had to survive in one way or the other thus leaving us with wedding bookings which left us occupied for the better part of the unpredictable period. With the current situation ,we have strategized on new ways which are being implemented to accommodate all our guests in terms of music control late in the night and access to all entitlement for all our guests, but also bear in mind that weddings are butter and bread for more than 450 staff with their families. In regards to Pina coladas ,we have looked into the recipe and will train our employees on the same to ensure very fine cocktails. On behalf of the entire Southern Palms fraternity, kindly accept our sincere apologies and we hope you will not boycott the Resort, but you will give us another chance to host you for a more relaxed holiday.
