Das Hotel an sich ist ok Personal teils unfreundlich. Kinder werden trotz all in weg geschubst und nicht bedient. Wer mit dicken Geld scheinen winkt wird hoch in Himmel gehoben und bekommt (wenn vorhanden) Getränke in Gläsern. Ansonsten billige Plaste becher. Essen teilweise gar nicht vorhanden wenn mann nicht gleich nach eröffnen sich mit rein schubst. Snack bar für Kaffee gibt es gar nicht. Dafür gibt es Eis und pizza zum kaffee. Großes No-Go in der Hauptsaison das die Fassade renoviert wird und dadurch die Maler auf dem Balkon rum tanzen.
Zimmer war ok Könnte mehr gereinigt werden. Deutliche Nutzungs Spuren. Balkon reinigung durch Maler Dreck erst nach Aufforderung.

Dear Lisa, FIrst, we thank you for your feedback On the one hand, we are happy that you find our hotel almost good when passing your holidays,on the other hand, we are sorry that some behaviour negatively affected your stay, but trust we are doing our best to satisfy your needs and stop such bhabviour . Concerning the restaurant, our chef does his best to prepare four main menu,salads ,fritz and of course pastries and fruits,nevertheless some people eat more than once and we do not have the right to stop them. In fact we are doubbling our efforts to make things better in our property, and hope by your next trip everything will be settled down. Regards
