Dear “Renate”, Firstly, I wish to apologize for not answering in German. We are really sorry to hear that your experience was not according to your expectations. In fact, due to the hotel be located in a small hill, we have some rooms at the street level. However, it is a very quiet street and normally it does not interfere in the quality of our guest’s stay. However, when our team is aware of our guests’ preferences, we do our best to assign a room accordingly. The window can also be opened under request, it is normally closed for security reasons. Concerning the bed, all our standards rooms have a queen size bed with 1,60m of width. Regarding the storage space, the average length of our guests’ stay is short and it is usually sufficient. For longer stays, whenever we have availability, we recommend them to stay in a room from a higher category which could provide a more comfortable experience.
