Über das Personal im Hotel lässt sich überhaupt nichts negatives sagen. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt und alle sind freundlich
Immer sauber, frische Handtücher abends bekommt man noch einen Tee auf das Zimmer gebracht.
Frühstück europäisch und lecker. Abendessen im Restaurant gut aber eher zu teuer ( man berechne die charge die dazu kommt)
Das Housekeeping ist Top!
Eher ruhig gelegen. Strand für Bali in Ordnung. Am Strand gibt es genug Restaurants zum Essen gehen allerdings außerhalb des Hotels eher wenig. Supermarkt vorhanden.

First of all, we are very glad that you enjoyed our traditional Balinese room. I will make sure our Housekeeping Team know they are appreciated as well! We are sorry that our team might have not informed you about the great restaurants and local food near the resort. We will work on this. As for our restaurant pricing, if one is to compare us to the local beach cafes, then indeed we are more expensive, if when compared to other five star resorts, we like to consider ourselves very competitive in our market. During your stay, I'm not sure if you have enjoyed our daily live entertainment in the restaurant and our watersport activities as well as bicycle that is free for our guests. If not, I apologize that our team may have not informed you about it. We hope you bring home beautiful memories of Bali and look forward to welcome you back in the future!
