We greatly appreciate your praise of the hotel from the restaurants, to the accommodation, our beach facilities and spa, the description in and around the resort is very realistic, it is excellent to red such a positive and honest review. We pride ourselves on the authentic feeling of the resort, it really allows us to offer a local Balinese experience, we are of course blessed to have such a wonderful location right on Jimbaran Bay. Our service team throughout the resort do their best to provide memorable guest experiences. I would also like to thank you for bringing the attention to the seasonal issue Bali faces during the wet season. For a very short period of time the entire island of Bali can suffer from the impacts of the large volume of tourists visiting the island and the impact this can have. Luckily this situation is only very short lived, we are as I am sure you notice during your stay cleaning the beach daily.
