Ein tolles neues Resort mit unglaublich freundlichem Service. Ashraf, unser Betreuer für den gesamten Urlaub, war rund um die Uhr für uns da. Er hat dafür gesorgt, dass unser Urlaub unvergesslich bleibt. Wir wurden von jeder/jedem Angestellten außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit verwöhnt, mehr geht nicht. Das Essen (Auswahl und Qualität) im Market Restaurant war ganz hervorragend. Perfekt wäre das Market Restaurant, wenn es dort einen Bereich "Familien mit Kindern" und einen "Erwachsenenbereich" geben würde. Einige Eltern setzten ihre zwei-/dreijährigen Kinder schon zum Frühstück vor ein Handy bzw. Tablett, das kann von der Lautstärke schon mal nervig sein. Die Palm Beach Bar könnte länger als 21:30 Uhr geöffnet sein. Das sind die einzigen beiden Punkte, die man meines Erachtens noch verbessern könnte. Ansonsten war alles top, besser geht es nicht.
