Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und das Bad war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Reinigungskräfte kamen jeden Tag und haben Handtücher gewechselt und das Haus sauber gemacht. In der Beach Villa hatte man einen direkten privaten Eingang zum Strand mit zwei Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirm und eine Terrasse.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jeder hat einem mit einem Lächeln und einem Hallo begrüßt, und man hatte großartige Ansprechpartner bei Anliegen. Jeder hat sich Zeit genommen für die Gäste und die Leute hier waren sehr freundlich! In den Restaurants wurden wir besonders gut von Gracia, Atnan, Juni, Gita, Candy und Hasan betreut!

Es wurden ausschließlich Glasflaschen benutzt und Pappstrohhalme. An jeder Stelle wurde versucht, so umweltfreundlich wie möglich zu bleiben, aber trotzdem immer sauber.
