Die Hotelanlage macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck, allerdings kommen beim genauen Hinsehen eine Reihe von Mängeln ans Tageslicht. Aufgrund der ausgebuchten Zimmer mussten wir zwei mal das Zimmer wechelsn. Wir waren zwei Nächte in der Suite (300 Euro pro Nacht!) und das Bett quitschte bei jeder Bewegung... Trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung an den Hitelmanager (Panos) geschah nichts, obwohl dieser immer wieder gesagt hat, dass es sofort behoben wird... Das Standard Zimmer war entsprechend kleimner und man konnte hier ohne störende Geräusche schlafen. Das Deluxe Zimmer hatte dagegen wieder ein Bett, das nicht wirlich erholsam war. 90 5 der Gäste waren Engländer. Personal eher nicht serviceorientiert... Man hat z.B. abends (19 Uhr) nicht einmal mehr Besteck bekommen, weil die Küche schon geschlossen hatte... Bei Regen stand die 2. Etage unter Wasser! Insgesamt ist die Anlage in keinem guten ZUstand.
Wie oben beschrieben wird für eine Suite 300 Euro berechnet, die aber wegen des schlechten Betts nicht gerechtfertigt sind.
Frühstück ist sehr monoton. Es gibt z.B. nur Schinken und Käse.
Nicht serviceorientiert. Vor allem der Hotelmanager schein nicht den richtigen Beruf gewählt zu haben. Sowohl im Umgang mit seinen Mitarbeitern vor den Gästen als auch seinen z.B. Mängel in den Zimmern zu behben ist er nicht gerecht geworden.
Lage ist gut, allerdings hat der Strand kein Sand, sondern Kies. Buhaltestelle in 5 min erreichbar.

Dear guests, Sorry that you evidently did not enjoy your stay. In regards to your comments about the bed making noise, please note (although you disagree), I personally checked it with maintenance and oversaw the repair being complete. As for the noises that you state in the standard room, please note that you are in a hotel with many guests and everyone is on holiday; "noise" maybe to other guests yourself talking with your partner when walking down the hall. For the discomfort of the beds that you state in the deluxe rooms, if you inform the reception, bed softeners can be placed so you have a comfortable sleep (please keep in mind that "bed hardness" is a rather subjective issue). Within the room information booklet as well as at the reception, all guests are informed that the kitchen closes at 15.00. If at 19.00 you are in need of cutlery, you can ask the reception and a solution can be provided. Rain: One needs to keep in mind that you are in a summer hotel, not a city winter hotel, and tropical style rain storms last a short time but bring a lot of water which the staff cleans immediately after the weather settles. Just to set the facts dear guest, unless you are referring to a different beach, Tzaneria beach is a sandy beach. Service: It seems that you have an issue with the hotel manager; you are entitled to your own personal view but may I suggest before going online to be more honest with yourselves and keeping your booking's terms-non-refundable bookings have terms that need to be followed. Arguing for refunds while threatening to make bad reviews is rather ineffective and sad. Breakfast: Again it seems dear guest that you are forgetting what selection of food you have. Pool: the pool is maintained and supported in a timely, daily fashion with all required tests. We are a bit confused with your thoughts regarding rooming; you talk about a suite for 300 euro per night, along with a standard room and a deluxe room; given that the purpose of my reply is to help future travelers have an objective view about our hotel, with the facts and only the facts (away from personal grudges), it will be helpful dear guests for yourselves also to state the actual facts and not your threats because the manager follows the terms and conditions of a prepaid booking. Terms and conditions included in a booking are there for the safety and comfort of both the customer and the hotel. Best of wishes for your future travels.
