Regarding our guest rooms’ isolation, I would like to point out that all of our guestrooms are fully isolated and if there was a problem with the neighbor rooms, we would have been more than happy to solve it while you were in house. However, we assure you that we will take your remarks into serious consideration as through your feedback we can ameliorate ourselves.
