Die Zimmer und vor allem das Bad sind ( keine 5Sterne sondern nur 3Sterne wert) in die Jahre gekommen nicht sauber Rost an der Badewanne Duschkopf defekt Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt Bademäntel und Handtücher nicht sauber . Das Personal in der (Mensa) Frühstück/Abendessen total überfordert mit Getränkeaufnahme und abräumen der Tische.(Tische würden nicht abgeräumt standen voll mit Geschirr und Essens Resten vom Vorgänger. Essen mehr masse statt Klasse. Jetzt zum positiven die Aussenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und angelegt ,der Strand und die Liegen sind gut das Personal im Aussenbereich sehr freundlich.

At this point, I would like to highlight that we appreciate both positive and negative comments, as through your feedback we can see our operation from your point of view and continue to improve. Regarding the condition of the room and bathroom, we would like to extend our sincere apologies. Our resort is under regular improvement, and every year we make partial renovations and enhancements to our facilities. We assure you that your remarks about cleanliness and maintenance have already been shared with our Housekeeping and Technical Departments for immediate review and corrective action. As for the situation in the restaurant during breakfast and dinner, we are sorry to hear that service was not up to standard. While we are proud of our team, who usually receive very positive feedback, it is clear from your comments that we fell short during your stay.
