Der erste Eindruck vom Hotel war sehr modern, schick und sauber. Dies zieht sich durch die Bars, Essensbereich und Hotelanlage. Alles aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Zimmer sollten dementsprechend noch angepasst werden.
Es ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Mobiliar ist veraltet. Es wäre auch schön, wenn eine Dusche statt Badewanne wäre, weil dies nicht optimal gebaut ist. Auch der Wasserdruck ist sehr gering.
Das Essen hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl, es war für jeden etwas dabei, auch für die kleinen Gäste und Veganer. Die Preise für Getränke waren leider nicht preiswert. Das Eis an der Theke war extrem teuer, eine Kugel 4,50 Euro.
Absolute 6 Sterne. Die Personalanzahl für alle Bereiche sind sehr gut besetzt. Sie sind sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zugewandt. Waren sehr bemüht auf deutsch mit uns zu reden und haben sich schnell unsere Zimmernummer gemerkt. Englisch als Sprache war kein Problem.
Liegt direkt am hoteleigenen Strand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Nicht weit von der nächsten Stadt entfernt, wo man Einkaufmöglichkeiten hat. Das Aqualand (Hüpfburgenlandschaft auf dem Meer) ist 20 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Da kann man auch bei guter Musik an der Bar chillen und die Kids haben ihren Spaß.

Es wird vom Animationsteam am Tag Aktivitäten wie Tennis, Dart usw. angeboten. Es gibt extra ein Raum für Arcadespiele, das erfreut Groß und Klein auf jeden Fall. Zum Abend hin, gibt es für die kleinen Gäste Mini Disco und Programm. Für die Großen in der Bar-Lounge „Under the Palm“ gibt es Billard, extra ein Bereich mit Tische für Gesellschaftsspiele, sowie Karoke oder Quizspiele, mehrere Bildschirme, wo Sport läuft. Es ist wie ein Casino eingerichtet.
