Das Hotel hat eine tolle Anlage mit einer gepflegten Gartenanlage. Wir waren schon gegen 12 Uhr angereist, mussten in der Lobby drei Stunden auf unseren Zimmerbezug warten, war eher schlecht. Die Getränkepreise im Hotel sind deutlich zu hoch zB 200ml Cola für fünf Euro. Verstehe das einige Getränke außerhalb kaufen. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel finde ich einen Duschvorhang unhygienisch. Der Speisesaal gleicht einer Kantine und ist sehr laut.

We are pleased to read that you enjoyed the natural surroundings of our resort and appreciated the beauty of our well-kept gardens. It is always a pleasure to know that our guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful environment we aim to provide. At the same time, we truly regret to read that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Please allow us to apologize for the wait at check-in. While our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM, we always try to accommodate early arrivals when possible, and we are sorry we were not able to do so in your case. Regarding the prices of drinks, we understand your concern. Our pricing reflects the overall service, product quality, and environment of a 5-star resort, but we will take your comment into consideration as we regularly review our offerings and guest feedback. Your remarks about the bathroom and dining room setup have also been noted. Please allow us to inform you that the resort is undergoing gradual upgrades, including room and bathroom improvements. Guest comfort is very important to us, and your feedback helps us identify where we can improve further. We are also reviewing the overall ambiance of our dining areas to ensure a more pleasant atmosphere during meal times.
