Der Aufenthalt war enttäuschend aufgrund schlechter Unterkunftsbedingungen.

Das Zimmer war vom Bett und Bad mangelhaft. Das Abendessen war teilweise kalt am Buffet. Das ist auf keinem Fall ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Es gab kaum Abendprogramm.

Das bett war gut, jedoch die Schlafcouch war furchtbar. Jede Feder hat im Rücken gestochen. Für 12 Tage war mein Rücken am leiden. Das Bad war die reinste Katastrophe. Die Dusche war undicht, sodass nach jedem Duschgang das ganze Bad unter Wasser stand. Die Klobrille war locker und ist ständig in den Rücken gefallen. Eine Küche ist vorhanden, jedoch ohne Teller, Besteck und Töpfe

Our food is prepared by specialized chefs aiming to offer a variety of options with attention to taste and quality. If we had been informed that the food was not to your liking, we would have gladly arranged something more suitable for your preferences. Moreover, regarding the entertainment, our resort organizes live music four days a week along with a full animation program for both adults and children. We are sorry if this was not made clear during your stay. It is unfortunate that you did not inform us of your concerns while you were in-house, as it is our company's policy to resolve any issues that may arise during our guests’ stay.
