We are extremely happy that we were able to offer you a nice stay and relaxing holidays in Greece. How lovely to read that you enjoyed our location, beach and our outdoor facilities. Also, I cannot but thank you for your special mention towards our most valuable asset, our staff. Moreover, let me state that in our company we accept both positive and negative comments. Regarding our rooms, our resort is under regular improvement and every year we make partial renovations in our buildings and enhancements in organization in our establishment. As for our food, providing the best quality, taste and satisfying the preferences of our guests is of high importance to us. Also, if we were informed about the fact that the food was not to your liking while you were in-house, we would have gladly prepared something different for you. However, we assure you that we will take your remarks into serious consideration as through your feedback we can ameliorate ourselves.
