Wir waren im Juli da.Wir erwarteten ein in der Landesübliches 5 Stern Hotel.Aber mehr als 3 Sterne hat es nicht verdient.Das beste war die Aussenanlage.Die war sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr unfreudlich und die Zimmer sehr veraltet.Sauber wurde auch nicht geputzt.Noch nie bei einem 5Stern Hotel erlebt.
Das Bett war gut.Bad eine Katastophe.Veraltet,Duschbrause verkalkt und schmutzig und kein Duschvorhang so das alles nach dem duschen nass war.
Das Buffet war in etwa immer gleich.Speisen zum Teil kalt. Und es kamen immer wiedet am Abend Touristen direkt vom baden.Keiner sagte was.
Der Service war sehr unfreundlich.Und in der Bar sehr lange Wartezeit (1Stunde für 2 Getränke).Auch mussten wir einmal vorher bezahlen.Das geht gar nicht!!
Die Anlage war schön.Aber rundherum war nix.Zum Dorf musste man ein Taxi nehmen und es war sehr klein.

I would like to highlight that we appreciate both positive and negative comments as through your feedback we can see our operation from your side and thus become better. Firstly, our hotel’s location is one of our strongest points according to the majority of our guests. It is at the same time isolated providing a unique privacy for relaxation but in 2 km you can also visit the village of Kryopigi or the village of Polichrono in order to find yourself among locals. About the room, we would like to inform you that our hotel is under regular improvement and every year we make partial renovations both in buildings and in organization in our establishment. Regarding the service, our hotel cooperates with people who are kind and polite for many years. We’ve never had a bad feedback for our staff. On the contrary, if you take the time and read our reviews, we receive so many comments praising them and thanking them for their services and kindness. As for the food, we have a variety in our dinner buffet as every night we offer a different menu (Greek night, Italian night, Asian night, fish night). In addition, if we were informed we gladly prepared something for you. Furthermore, for the lack of atmosphere, our hotel organizes not one but four times per week live music shows. More specifically, every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday there’s live music in different places around our resort, completing the daily adults and kids animation program. It is unfortunate that you did not inform us of your concerns while you were in-house as it is our company's policy to resolve any issues that may arise during guests’ stay at the hotel.
