Being able to offer you a nice stay is extremely pleasant and important for the entire team. Moreover, let me state that in our company we accept both positive and negative comments. Regarding our rooms, our resort is under regular improvement and every year we make partial renovations in our buildings and enhancements in organization in our establishment. Furthermore, we have a variety in our dinner buffet as every night we offer a different menu (Greek night, Italian night, Fish night) on top of our regular options. In addition, our food is being prepared by executive Chefs who strive to achieve the best service and give our guests an unforgettable tasting experience. Providing the best quality, taste and satisfying the preferences of our guests is of high importance to us. Also, if we were informed about the fact that the food was not to your liking while you were in-house, we would have gladly prepared something different for you. However, we assure you that we will take your remarks into serious consideration as through your feedback we can ameliorate ourselves.
