Dear Nicoletta, Thank you for choosing Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort and for taking the time to share such a detailed review regarding your stay. We are very glad that you enjoyed your vacation among us. Being able to offer you a nice stay is extremely pleasant and important for the entire team. How lovely that you enjoyed our gardens, beach and our main restaurant. Moreover, I cannot but thank you for your special mention towards our most valuable asset, our staff. At this point, let me state both positive and negative comments are utilized and accepted by our resort because it helps us to become better and improve our services even more. When it comes to our rooms, our resort is under regular improvement and we are trying to achieve the best result step by step. Every year we make partial renovations both in buildings and in organization in our establishment. Furthermore, regarding our food we have a variety in our dinner buffet as every night we offer a different menu (Greek night, Italian night, Asian night, fish night). Moreover, I would like to inform you that we have plenty of seasonal fruits and vegetables and that our food is being prepared by specialized Chefs with care and attention aiming in the best quality and taste for our guests. Also, if we were informed we gladly prepared something for you. Concerning our location, it is one of our strongest points according to the majority of our guests. It is at the same time isolated providing a unique privacy for relaxation but in 2 km you can also visit the village of Kryopigi or the village of Polichrono in order to find yourself among locals. In addition, our animation program provides multiple activities every day such as yoga, pilates, aqua zumba, karaoke and movie nights, bingo and many more both for adults and children. Furthermore, regarding the prices, I can assure you that they are below average compared to those of other similar accommodation in Halkidiki. If one takes in to account : - The environment of the hotel - The star category of our company - The quality service provided by our well-trained staff during the service and - The quality of the products we provide. We are convinced that our prices are more than fair. However, it is with great joy to understand that in the end you are satisfied with your stay and we were very happy to host you. We will definitely take your remarks into serious consideration as through your comments we can ameliorate ourselves.
