I am sorry to read that your room was not up to your expectations, I am sure that if we were informed of it our team would have found a solution for you. Moreover, as far as the cleaning service is concerned, during check-in, all of our guests are informed that due to Covid-19 anti-spread measures our housekeeping employees are entering guest rooms once every three days. Nevertheless, if a guest wishes to have daily housekeeping service, he can request it from our front desk agents and will immediately receive it.
