We are extremely happy that we were able to offer you a nice stay and relaxing holidays in Greece. How lovely to read that you are satisfied with our food, Spa, Fitness Room and that you enjoyed our beach. As for our valuable staff, your words give us the boost we all need to continue. Moreover, let me state that in our company we accept both positive and negative comments. Regarding our Main Restaurant and Pool, our resort is under regular improvement and every year we make partial renovations in our buildings and enhancements in organization in our establishment. Also, if we were informed about the fact that the mattress was not comfortable, while you were in-house, we would have been more than happy to assist in finding a solution. However, we assure you that we will take your remarks into serious consideration as through your feedback we can ameliorate ourselves.
