Dear Patrick, Thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive review after your stay at Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort. We are extremely happy that we were able to offer you a nice experience and wonderful holidays among us. How lovely to read that you enjoyed our food and pool you are satisfied with our rooms and our valuable asset, our staff. Regarding the pillow, we can assure you that if you had let any member of our staff know about your dissatisfaction, we would find a solution. Furthermore, when it comes to our food, we have a variety in our dinner buffet as every night we offer a different menu (Greek night, Italian night, Fish night) on top of our regular options. Also, if we were informed about the fact that the food was not to your liking while you were in-house, we would have gladly prepared something different for you. However, we assure you that we will take your remarks into serious consideration as through your feedback we can ameliorate ourselves.
