Let me state that in our company we accept both positive and negative comments. Regarding our rooms and food, our resort is under regular improvement and every year we make partial renovations in our buildings and enhancements in organization in our establishment. In addition, our animation program provides multiple activities every day such as yoga, pilates, aqua zumba, karaoke and movie nights, bingo and many more both for adults and children. However, we assure you that we will take your remarks into serious consideration as through your feedback we can ameliorate ourselves.
