Dear Sascha, Thank you for choosing Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort and for taking the time to write such a positive review. Being able to offer you a nice stay is extremely pleasant and important for the entire team. Moreover, let me state that in our company we accept both positive and negative comments. Regarding our rooms, our resort is under regular improvement and every year we make partial renovations in our buildings and enhancements in organization in our establishment. As for our food, we have a variety in our dinner buffet as every night we offer a different menu (Greek night, Italian night, Fish night) on top of our regular options. Furthermore, regarding the prices, I can assure you that our prices are below average compared to those of other similar accommodation in Chalkidiki. If one takes in to account: • The environment of the resort • The star category of our company • The quality service provided by our well-trained staff during the service and • The quality of the products we provide. We are convinced that our prices are more than fair. However, we assure you that we will take your remarks into serious consideration as through your feedback we can ameliorate ourselves.
