Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage, sehr gute (Strand-)Lage. Das Hotel gewinnt durch die Freundlichkeit ALLER Mitarbeitenden.
Mit dem Zimmer waren wir zufrieden. Das Reinigungspersonal war top. Badzimmer hat noch Luft nach oben. Etwas störend fanden wir den täglichen Besuch zwischen 18 und 19 Uhr. Hier wurde abgefragt, ob noch was für die Minibar oder Kaffee etc. fehlte. Kam auch vor, als man das Klopfen scheinbar überhörte, dass die Damen die Zimmertüre einfach so öffneten.
Wir versuchten immer einen Außenplatz zu ergattern. Die Innen-Atmosphäre hat mir einem 5*-Haus sehr wenig zu tun. Hier ist es mehr der Charme eines Kurhauses bzw. Kantine. Es gab ein reichliches Essensangebot sowohl morgens als auch abends. Kein Grund sich zu beklagen, auch nicht vom Geschmack her. Es wurde am Buffet sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet und auch wenn man später zum Essen ging war Alles noch so, als ob man gleich zu Anfang kam. Die hier beschäftigten gaben sich aller größte Mühe. Die Getränkepreise waren unseres Erachtens nicht nur gesalzen, sondern zusätzlich auch gepfeffert....Fast schon unanständig.
Wir hatten keine Extrawünsche. Kurze Nachfragen konnten sofort ge/-erklärt werden. Auch als relativ gut englisch sprechender und hörender Hotelgast musste man sich hier sehr konzentrieren um auch wirklich dem Erklärten folgen zu können. Late-check-out wurde völlig unkompliziert ermöglicht. Ohne die im Hintergrund tätigen zu vergessen.....Der allmorgendlich und abendliche Empfang am Speisesaal war schon fast was, wo man sich darauf freuen konnte.... :-). Sehr freundlich und kompetent auch die Einlasskontrolle (Schranke zum Hotel).
Mit dem Mietauto in einer knappen Stunde leicht zu erreichen. Die direkte Hotelumgebung gibt jetzt nicht soviel her. Aber per Mietauto und im Hotel kann man den Tag schon ganz gut verbringen.

Being able to offer you a nice stay is extremely pleasant and important for the entire team. Our entire team was thrilled to read that you enjoyed our facilities, food and our rooms. I cannot but thank you for your special mention towards our most valuable asset, our staff. Moreover, I would like to highlight that we appreciate both positive and negative comments as through your feedback we can see our operation from your side and thus become better. Our resort is under regular improvement and every year we make partial renovations both in buildings and in organization in our establishment. Concerning your issue with our housekeeping services, the maids have a certain timetable, although upon request we would have been more than glad to find a solution. In addition, regarding the entertainment we have two Tennis courts with equipment, a gym and playroom with billiards as well as an animation program with multiple activities such as yoga, pilates, karaoke and movie nights and many more. You can also do cycling and hiking, water sports. Furthermore, regarding the prices, I can assure you that our prices are below average compared to those of other similar accommodation in Chalkidiki. If one takes in to account: • The environment of the resort • The star category of our company • The quality service provided by our well-trained staff during the service and • The quality of the products we provide. We are convinced that our prices are more than fair. Although, we assure you that we will take your remarks into serious consideration as through your feedback we become better.
