Being able to offer you a nice experience is extremely pleasant and important for the entire team. Thank you for your compliments towards our most valuable asset, our amazing team. I will definitely inform everyone of your kind words. Moreover, let me state that in our company we accept both positive and negative comments. Regarding our rooms, our resort is under regular improvement and every year we make partial renovations in our buildings and enhancements in organization in our establishment. Furthermore, we have a variety in our dinner buffet as every night we offer a different menu (Greek night, Italian night, Fish night) on top of our regular options. Also, if we were informed about the fact that the food was not to your liking while you were in-house, we would have gladly prepared something different for you. However, we assure you that we will take your remarks into serious consideration as through your feedback we can ameliorate ourselves.
