Das Personal war äusserst freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, sowohl im Hotelbereich als auch im Restaurant, das Frühstücksbuffet war fantastisch mit reichhaltigem Angebot, das Abendessen war sehr lecker mit sowohl kreolischer als auch internationaler Küche. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas abgelegen, aber sehr ruhig, nach Grand Baie bietet das Hotel einen kostenlosen Bootsshuttle an. Der hoteleigene Strand ist klein, aber fein mit sehr hochwertigen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, immer in ausreichender Anzahl. Sehr hilfsbereit der Guest Relation Manager
