Lage des Hotels sehr schön, Hotelstrand wird täglich gesäubert. Zimmer und Pool renovierungsbedürftig. Alle Speisen am Buffet immer kalt.
Lage des Garden Bungalow sehr schön, wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer, ab und an hätte das Wasser zum Duschen heißer sein können. Wasserkocher im Zimmer, es gibt allerdings nur schwarzen Tee.
Das Angebot und die Zubereitung der Speisen ist gut, allerdings ist jedes Essen kalt.
Personal ist sehr freundlich

Mauritius is a tropical island and it tends to attract a number of insects; I have taken note of your comments concerning the ants and can assure you that I will bring this feedback to the attention of the company responsible for pest control. In general, in spite of our tropical location and environment we are able to adequately control this and apologise for the discomfort that this caused you during your stay. Concerning the tea in the room, I would like to highlight that other teas are also available upon request to the room service. On the same note, we regret that you found the food to be cold on the buffet, however, please note that in the evening during this period of time it tends to be a little cooler. Many of the dishes served are cooked live in front of you to ensure freshness, the Executive Chef has been made aware of your remarks for his actions. I was sorry that you found the pool cool, the temperature during this time of the month should have been around 26° C and the pool temperatures are normally pleasant at this time. We would sincerely like to have the opportunity of regaining your confidence in La Pirogue and to show you the better side of the resort.
