Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We are pleased to know that, overall, you had a good experience at our resort. At the same time, we sincerely regret that the presence of the dogs around the property impacted your perception of the hotel and influenced your choice of accommodation. As our resort is located alongside a public beach, stray dogs occasionally enter the area from the shoreline, which is outside of our direct control. Nevertheless, we continuously work with the relevant local authorities and animal welfare organizations to ensure their well-being while minimizing their presence within the resort. We have also implemented dedicated measures on-site to discourage dogs from entering guest areas and to maintain the comfort of all our guests. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can further improve the guest experience.
