Kein 4 Sterne Standart Abgewohnt, z T extrem nach Urin stinkende Zimmer - außer unserer Beschwerde hierüber bekamen wir zeitgleich mehrere andere mit. Der Hinweis, der Geruch läge am feuchten Klima, greift in den Tropen nicht - zumal es dort anscheinend Zimmer gibt, die diesen Geruch nicht haben. Es ist hier wohl eine Frage des Glücks. Die Strandzugänge waren voller Seegras (und z T. auch Plastik) und wurden nicht gesäubert. Von den a la carte Restaurants konnten wir während unseres Aufenthaltes nur eines buchen, alles anderen waren ausgebucht.

Concerning the beach, please note that the accumulation of seaweed is a natural phenomenon primarily caused by imbalances within the marine ecosystem and is unfortunately beyond our control. Nevertheless, our team works continuously throughout the day to remove the seaweed and maintain the beach in the best possible condition for our guests. With regard to the à la carte restaurants, we regret that availability was limited during your stay. We do encourage our guests to make their restaurant reservations upon arrival, as this helps secure a place in their their preferred restaurant and avoid disappointment due to limited availability. We have taken good note of your comments as we continuously review ways to improve the dining experience and availability for our guests. Guest comfort remains one of our highest priorities, and feedback such as yours is valuable for us which will also helps us identify areas requiring improvement.
